Frequently Asked Questions
1. How is this different from therapy, coaching, or reiki?
Each modality supports a different part of a person — energy, emotions, mindset, or behavior.
The Kozie Method works gently on all layers at the same time, including:
- nervous system regulation
- emotional loops
- subconscious patterning
- physical stress + tension
- ancestral / family patterns
- belief systems + identity shifts
Clients often describe sessions as “clarity, relief, and grounding” woven together.
There is no forcing.
Your body unwinds what it is ready to release.
2. Are sessions done online or in-person?
Both are available, and equally effective.
Remote sessions work through the body’s energetic and communication systems — not physical touch.
Clients from the U.S., Canada, Japan, and Malaysia experience the same results online.
VMLD (lymphatic work) can be done in-person or remotely, depending on what your body needs that day.
Some people prefer the calm of in-person.
Others love the convenience and deep relaxation of receiving work at home.
Both are equally supportive.
3. What happens during a session?
Every session follows your body’s priorities.
I use gentle muscle checking to identify emotional, physical, or subconscious patterns that are ready to shift.
You may feel:
- subtle sensations
- deeper breathing
- release of tension
- emotional softening
- a sense of “coming home”
You don’t need to perform, tell a long story, or prepare anything.
Your system communicates — I listen.
4. What will I feel afterward?
Everyone integrates differently.
Many clients feel:
- calm
- clear
- lighter
- grounded
Your body may continue reorganizing for 24–48 hours.
For some people, this looks like:
- mild fatigue
- temporary emotional release
- feeling like a light cold or fever
- old pain briefly intensifying before softening
These are normal signs that the system is unwinding and reorganizing.
Gentle self-care helps: water, rest, and quiet time if possible.
5. Do I need to believe in energy healing?
No.
Your body already knows how to communicate and reorganize.
This is not about belief — it’s about physiology, communication systems, and emotional pathways.
People who are new to this work experience the same shifts as those who are familiar with energy medicine.
6. Is this safe for sensitive, anxious, or overwhelmed people?
Yes — this method is designed for sensitive people.
If you feel anxious, empathic, overwhelmed, or easily drained, sessions help regulate the nervous system gently and safely.
There is no pushing, no forcing, and nothing intense.
Your system sets the pace.
7. What if I don’t know where to start?
You don’t have to know.
Your body already knows what it’s ready to release or transform.
You don’t need to meditate, plan, or decide the topic.
The Kozie Method works on the body, mind, emotions, and ancestral patterns simultaneously.
I follow your system’s priorities — not your mind’s “shoulds.”
You simply show up.
8. How should I prepare?
Preparation is simple:
- Wear comfortable clothing
- Drink a little water beforehand
- If joining online, create a quiet space
- Bring an open mind and relaxed body
That’s all you need.
9. Do I need to talk during the session?
It depends on what your body needs that day.
Some clients rest quietly.
Some share feelings, memories, or sensations as they come up.
Both are completely welcome.
There is no right or wrong way to experience a session.
Your body has a natural rhythm.
Some days you may feel like speaking; other days you may prefer silence.
I follow your pace.
You don’t need to prepare a story, explain everything, or ‘perform.’
Your system communicates in many ways — through sensations, breath, emotions, memories, or subtle shifts — and I listen to all of it.
10. Do remote sessions work the same?
Yes.
Remote and in-person sessions are equally effective because the work relies on consciousness, physiology, and the body’s internal communication networks — not physical touch.
Clients across the U.S., Canada, Japan, and Malaysia experience the same results remotely.
11. How many sessions do I need?
It depends on your goals.
- For emotional clarity or stress relief: one session may help
- For deeper transformation: The Bridge Series is recommended
- For ongoing balance: monthly or biweekly sessions are supportive
Your system tells us what pace it prefers.
There is no pressure and no predetermined schedule.
12. Is this safe for sensitive, anxious, or overwhelmed people?
Yes.
This method is suited for people who feel sensitive, empathic, or easily overwhelmed emotionally. Sessions do not push your system.
They regulate and stabilize the nervous system gently and safely.
13. Can this support physical symptoms?
Yes — many clients experience relief in:
- digestion and bloating
- inflammation and stress-related tension
- sleep challenges
- hormonal balancing
- emotional heaviness
- chronic holding patterns
This is not medical treatment, but it supports the body’s natural healing pathways beautifully.
14. Is the experience emotional?
Sometimes emotions rise, soften, or release — always gently.
You never need to relive traumatic events or push through discomfort.
Your system only lets go of what it is ready to release.
15. Do I talk during the session?
It depends on you and what your body needs that day.
Some clients enjoy being quiet and simply relaxing.
Others share feelings, memories, or sensations as they arise.
Both are completely welcome.
There is no right or wrong way to experience a session.
Your body and mind have their own natural rhythm.
Sometimes you may feel like speaking.
Sometimes you may feel like resting in silence.
I follow your pace and support you either way.
You don’t need to prepare a story, explain everything, or “perform.”
Your system communicates in many ways — through sensations, emotions, breath, memories, or subtle shifts — and I listen to all of it.
16. What should I do after a session?
Light, nourishing activities support integration:
- hydrate
- rest
- quiet time if you can
Your system may continue unwinding and reorganizing over the next 24–72 hours.
17.Can this help during life transitions?
I can walk with you through your journey, but real change happens when you’re ready to step into a new pattern.
It supports people moving through:
- relationship changes
- midlife shifts
- family/ancestral loops
- emotional overwhelm
- grief
- career transitions
- identity realignment
- spiritual awakening
When old patterns soften, clarity appears. If someone is not willing or ready for that shift, continuing sessions may not serve them — and I want their time and investment to truly matter.”**
