Opening
A gentle place to begin.
If something feels off — physically, emotionally, or in your life —
this is where we start.
Clarity. Balance. A return to yourself.
This session is a gentle entry point into The Kozie Method.
A gentle approach blending BodyTalk, intuitive awareness, and body-based work — gently guiding you back to your natural inner balance, both physically and emotionally.
What We Do Together
What We Do Together:
• Identify current stress patterns
• Regulate the nervous system
• Bring awareness to emotional loops
• Create the first shift toward integration
This is not advice.
It is guided, participatory healing.
Sessions are held primarily via Zoom. In-person sessions are available in the San Diego area or in nature upon request.
Ready to Go Deeper?
Many clients begin with a single session and then continue through one of my signature pathways:
• The Bridge Series — focused 3-session journey of awareness, release, and transformation.
• The Mentorship Program — 3-month path of guidance, growth, and integration.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to prepare for a session?
No preparation is needed. Simply come with an open mind.
If we meet online, choose a quiet, comfortable space where you won’t be disturbed. Your body and subconscious will guide the process — you don’t have to “do” anything.
Is remote as effective as in-person?
Yes. The Kozie Method works by reconnecting communication within the body–mind system, and this process is just as effective at a distance as it is in person.
Many clients appreciate the comfort and flexibility of receiving sessions from home.
What happens during a session?
Each session is guided by your body’s innate wisdom.
I use a blend of modalities within The Kozie Method — BodyTalk, MindScape, nervous system regulation techniques, energetic balancing, intuitive insight, and birth chart perspectives when appropriate.
You remain fully clothed and comfortable (online or in-person).
We follow what your system highlights as a priority, allowing old patterns, stress, and emotional heaviness to gently release.
Every session is unique because your body tells us exactly what it needs.
How many sessions will I need?
Everyone’s journey is different.
Some people feel lighter and clearer after a single session.
Others benefit from the deeper integration available through The Bridge Series or ongoing Mentorship.
Together, we can discuss what feels right based on your goals and your body’s response.
What is the difference between a Foundational Session and The Bridge Series?
- Foundational Session:
A single 1:1 session to help you understand your current patterns, regulate your nervous system, and create a clear starting point. - The Bridge Series:
A structured 3-session journey that moves you through Awareness → Acceptance → Release with deeper clearing, birth chart insight, and MindScape integration.
Most new clients begin with a Foundational Session before choosing their next step.
Can this work alongside therapy, medical care, or other healing modalities?
Yes. The Kozie Method is complementary and can work beautifully alongside therapy, medical care, physical treatments, or other wellness practices.
It supports the body–mind system, emotional clarity, and nervous system balance — without replacing professional medical or psychological care.
What if I am not sure where to start?
You don’t have to know.
Your inner wisdom already knows what you need.
You are welcome to choose whatever feels light and true for you, or reach out and I can help guide the best place to begin.
How will I feel afterward?
Clients often describe feeling lighter, clearer, and deeply relaxed. The effects can continue to unfold in the days following your session.
