Ongoing support after The Bridge Series
The Mentorship Program is designed for clients who would like to continue after completing The Bridge Series.
While The Bridge Series opens awareness, acceptance, and release, this space allows for continued integration, observation, and support over time.
Rather than starting fresh each session, we stay connected to what has already been seen — so patterns, shifts, and changes can be followed more naturally.
This ongoing support creates space to:
- continue observing emotional and behavioral patterns
- integrate changes into daily life
- navigate challenges as they arise
- return to awareness when things feel unclear or overwhelming
Sessions may be scheduled every few weeks or once a month, depending on what feels supportive for you.
Between sessions, brief check-ins or updates are welcome when something meaningful is unfolding, so the thread of support can remain connected.
What is Included
- Ongoing BodyTalk-based sessions
- Continuity of support over time
- Gentle text check-ins (as needed) between sessions
- Space for reflection, integration, and real-life application
Intuitive tools, including birth chart insights, may be used when supportive.
Suggested Options
- 3 sessions — continued support over a shorter period (Valid for 4 months)
- 6 sessions — steady integration + ongoing reflection (Valid for 7 months)
- 10 sessions — longer-term support + continuity (Valid for 12 months)

We begin with a Foundational Session.
From there, we can determine whether a single session, The Bridge Series, or ongoing support through the Mentorship Program is the best next step.
